I’m a documentary filmmaker passionate about telling stories that inspire action. I studied Film & Media Studies and Environmental Studies at the University of Kansas, where I honed my focus on visual storytelling as a tool for awareness and advocacy. 

 

Though I’m based in Kansas, my work has taken me around the world- from filming endangered mountain gorillas in the Rwandan jungle to documenting conservation efforts across Southern Africa. Closer to home, I created Land Freed, a short documentary on land revival and ecological restoration in Kansas City.

 

I’m driven by a belief that compelling, carefully crafted film can open minds, build empathy, and drive meaningful change. In addition to my independent work, I’ve contributed to award-winning productions throughout Kansas City and have hands-on experience across all stages of production.
