Love in Africa
Love in Africa is a poetic short documentary that reimagines African wildlife not just as endangered species, but as emotional, loving beings. Filmed during a personal journey, it captures tender animal moments- like a giraffe with her calf and gorillas in playful connection- while paralleling the filmmaker’s own discovery of love and family in Botswana. This intimate narrative invites empathy and calls for protection of wildlife, celebrating the universal capacity for love across species.


Land Freed
A short documentary exploring the transformation of Kansas City's historic Municipal Farm- from a site of incarceration and neglect to a thriving, restored ecosystem. Land Freed uncovers ecological restoration and examines deeper questions of land use through testimony, archival media, and vivid wildlife footage. (2025)


Monkeyland and Birds of Eden
A poetic call to protect the natural world, this short film captures the wonder of Monkeyland and Birds of Eden in South Africa. Highlighting both the beauty of wildlife and the importance of conservation, it was featured by SAASA. (2024)


Observing Mossel Bay
Observing Mossel Bay is a meditative, aesthetic short film capturing the raw beauty of Mossel Bay, South Africa. Through crashing waves, soaring seabirds, and fleeting glimpses of sea life, the camera lets nature speak. The film is an immersion into the rhythm and drama of the shoreline.
